More herniated discs were found in my back from the MRI of my lower lumbar. No wonder I'm in pain. But it's okay because I'm learning to deal with the pain. And on top of that I did yoga two days in a row. My Doctor wants me to do yoga. It hurts but I think it's doing me a world of good. Really been trying to watch what I eat and get back on my regular diet. The lacto-vegetarian diet isn't working out so well, so, I'm going back to the vegan diet just as soon as possible. Drinking loads of green tea too. It's horrible when it get bitter, but I think it's good for me. Just 3 pots a day, that's it. Gained a lot of water weight and have to pee a lot. that's all.

My job tonight is an easy one: to present to you one of this nation's authentic heroes, one of this party's best-known and greatest leaders – and a good friend.
He was once a lieutenant governor – but he didn't stay in that office 16 years, like someone else I know. It just took two years before the people of Massachusetts moved him into the United States Senate in 1984.
In his 16 years in the Senate, John Kerry has fought against government waste and worked hard to bring some accountability to Washington.
Early in his Senate career in 1986, John signed on to the Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Deficit Reduction Bill, and he fought for balanced budgets before it was considered politically correct for Democrats to do so.
John has worked to strengthen our military, reform public education, boost the economy and protect the environment. Business Week magazine named him one of the top pro-technology legislators and made him a member of its "Digital Dozen."
John was re-elected in 1990 and again in 1996 – when he defeated popular Republican Governor William Weld in the most closely watched Senate race in the country.
John is a graduate of Yale University and was a gunboat officer in the Navy. He received a Silver Star, Bronze Star and three awards of the Purple Heart for combat duty in Vietnam. He later co-founded the Vietnam Veterans of America.
He is married to Teresa Heinz and they have two daughters.
As many of you know, I have great affection – some might say an obsession – for my two Labrador retrievers, Gus and Woodrow. It turns out John is a fellow dog lover, too, and he better be. His German Shepherd, Kim, is about to have puppies. And I just want him to know … Gus and Woodrow had nothing to do with that.
Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome Senator John Kerry.

Soon a year that this blog exists, 1 year that Jules shares our lives... This small catch which opens out with the time, which speaks, still speaks, much, adds to its word the hands... (n' is not Marseilles which wants it! ;o)) Mr Jules who becomes tall, if large of day in day makes only one silly thing at the same time and broke its third lamp! Goodbye Lava lamp... (ça will make an idea of gifts! :op) sympathetic to sponge in the medium of electric wire, of the pieces of glass under the aggravated eye of the small monster which would have put the hands well at the paste instead of looking at mom râler passively and saying that it "will pass it by the window"! At certain time I sympathized towards these parents who do not sleep the night by only baby does not make its nights, and which moreover have the right to carnages like mine which has an enormous need to be spent! I think that in my entourrage nobody take it for an angel... except its grandpa!

Vanessa today speaks "Belgian "

It integrated a school specialized above Turned and a boarding school. All goes for best : it forms to part a group banked-up beds which discusses buddies, varnished, music… All is made to be helped and to become " autonomous ".

More slackened, proud of its results, it is becoming awaited teenager (almost 15 years). The weekends seem to him a little short but it sets out again Cœur glad and happy to return Friday.

She regrets only the swimming pool, that of Chièvres being fissured ! Baptist entered age from large the:12 years ! Always insane reading, it " swallows " all that is presented !

The TDCI of the college will not be enough to alleviate its thirst for knowledge in 4 years, but it is chouchouté by the person in charge.

Always good foot, good œit it Sunday morning, it " obliges " his/her father to rise for to take along to the JSP, translate : young sappers firemen ! It ravels as an ace with each festival of the memory and it becomes much better than his brothers with the " pumps " ; elsewhere, they do not risk any more to make contests as teens for cash become more popular!

Discrete, it carries out its small bit of a walk without noise, nor din but with much of will.

With opposed, there remains to us Marie, full with life, cries, movements but which can reproach him its desire for not being made forget behind a so long phratry…

For its 10 years, a shirt of foot (of Marseilles !), a back bag (for camps MEJ), of the trousers…Seek error.

The folk where it dances, the gym, the music and fnous do not manage yet to satisfy it, it would make well theatre, drawing, kitchen but…there is also school (dixit mom).

Its dream to:devenir police chief of police force !

To finish, both taken by our work, we let ourselves carry by the movements envisaged or unforeseen of all this world which grows and which requires to feel that the family exists. In project, a beginning of course on the road of St Jacques, access to 8 then with… in a few years !

The last was a surprise for certain people, for others, which knew us, were not astonished by it. After having composed such a beautiful phratry, the parents proposed to all the family to offer to one or a young child without relative the possibility of finding a family where she would be liked.

After various steps which on the whole lasted approximately 9 months, as waiting of a child if one thinks of it, we could accomodate Vanessa! This one, then 8 years old, was born actually on February 18, 1991. Vanessa was adopted by the means of association "Way of Life", Christian organization authorized for the adoption of different children.

The question which arises then is: is it placed in sixth position in the phratry or fourth position, like wants it its age? that will depend on the child which will ask it to you... but is altogether really important?

And of 5...
Did a anti-female curse fall down on the couple PAPERBOARD???

To believe that not! The fifth test was the good! A small Marie was born with the Saint Valentine 1996 (on February 14 for the uncultivated ones; -) )

A pretty gift for his/her parents and its big brothers who awaited it impatiently! And their waiting was not disappointed, Marie was as of her more tender childhood a small very merry girl and very dynamics!

Six feet under anyone?

Went to quiapo with my film classmates yesterday, and i now have dvd's of six feet under's first season. and to think, i just bought vcd's of this from a friend's friend. if you know anyone who likes to have their own vcd copies of six feet under, just tell me. i'm willing to sell my vcd's of the first 3 seasons for the very very low price of P600.i don't think film school is for me. i don't seem to think as fast in this discipline as i would normally do in literature. i exert more effort, i read and study more but i don't seem to accomplish as much. or maybe it's just too early to tell. i am willing to stick it out until the end because i want this for myself.i am halfway through my christmas shopping, but i've already overspent. i blame my insatiable appetite for this. i end up eating after each major shopping breakthrough--i spent more than a thousand in one day for light lunch, ice cream, brownies, fruit shakes, coffee, cheesecake and a hearty thai dinner. i brought my niece with me last night to help me look for stuff for my parents, but we only ended up, for some strange reason, eating and talking about what life is like in college.i am more excited to celebrate christmas now more than ever. maybe because i missed last year's festivities... or maybe because life is just so routinely ordinary right now that i might as well project hope to something like christmas even if it could be pretentiously idealistic.
